Does anyone know of a good car dealership who would buy a trade in car ..oweing $10,000..?

got a car..owe $10,000 on it..had a lot of problems after warranty expired..i purchased it used last year..been using it only a year this month....its a 2005 KIA RIO CINCO HATCHBACK..wanted to trade in but the amount owed is hurting my financing..got a co signer and everything..anyone knows what i should do?i work with my car..am a courier in deep **** right now...pls i need facts,,,anyone?
