She won't sleep I'm desperate?

My son is doing that too! He didn't take a paci but is definitely keeping the house exhausted. I haven't really figured out a trick with this, but I make him know it's bedtime. You have to be stern and keep them in the bed. I honestly think it is a phase, they want to be playing and awake when everyone else is, so make the illusion that everyone else is sleeping too. I'm sorry your going through this, but it should only last a few more weeks. At least I hope it does LOL!
