18th Birhtday gift for a Brother, any ideas, running out of time?

My brother is 18 on the 5th April and havent a clue what to buy him? he doesnt have many hobbies really, likes Formula 1 Racing and into his Renault clio car. when he was young he used to collect piggin pig ornaments, as he loved pigs. I have bought him an 18th birthday one, (only cheap) as a bit of a joke as he is quite embarrased that he used to collect them. I have also had a keyring made for him off my daughter, personlaised polished metal. again nothing major in cost. But im looking for something that'll make him and everyone else think wow! I want something that means something, like the pig does, not just a set of cufflinks/watch etc any body have any ideas???
