I need friend advice.?

My friend has a rough (promiscuous) past. Recently, she started cheating with her husbands best friend and eventually became pregnant by her husbands friend. Her husband and her always ask me what I would do in their situations and I have no idea what to tell them to do with their situation. Should they divorce, work it out, not tell the unborn baby who his real father is? What should I tell them?
