In desperate need for help?

I have really bad constipation. I've tried pills, stool softeners, and respiratory things. The only thing that's been happening is regular diarrhea (not green). It comes out all the time and hurts. I've tried going to the bathroom however when I sit down nothing seems to happen. I have the urge to go to the bathroom and I try and it still doesn't come out. I keep having stomach pains and pains which result in farting. Nothing seems to work and my pain won't go away. My mom called the hospital and they won't take me in because I'm puking, they just keep telling her what to get at the store. After trying the repository, my is all swollen. What should I do? I'm sooo desperate.
