Movie. Where a guy doesnt know if he's asleep or awake and he has a wife...that stabs him?

It has some famous actors...he is in a metal hospital for a little bit of time and a wheelchair. His wife has redish hair...it is not vanilla sky but maybe around the same time...the cover of the movie is bright green...and i think the guy is on drugs...the title is something that is a synonym for euphoria? I cant figure out what it is..any help would be great!
