To the mom who answered my question about PDDNOS.?

My son is 10 years of age and since he was about 5 he started to act out and I got him tested and he was diagnosed with ADHD/ADD. We recently moved to INDY and here he recently was diagnosed with PPD NOS and they also think he may have the Fragile X syndrome. I guess my question is how do you deal with your child. Where can I go for answers as to how should the school deal with my child. Last year he was suspended most of the time because of his behavior and actions. The school is quick to suspend my child. Does he have any rights? He also has an Individual education Plan IEP. I am stressed with my child, I want to be able to help him but at the same time I get very frustrated with him although I know I shouldn't.
