Does anyone know the name of this one show on adult swim?

Can anyone tell me the name of this show? I can't remember the entire plot but I remember a bit of it. There were these two dudes who were fishing out in the sea and they tried to pretend to be in a restaurant. One of the guy than loses control of his imagination and thinks of Adolf Hitler banging his grandmother.
